Use this page to check data anomalies in the project such as orphaned or duplicate records.

| Field | Description |

| Work Package has invalid Control Account | Select this checkbox to check for work package records with invalid control account records in the project. |
| Delete orphaned Work Packages | Select this checkbox to delete orphaned work packages (that is, with no control account or with an invalid control account), including its associated resource assignments, milestones, and time-phased records.
This checkbox is enabled only if the Work package has invalid Control Account checkbox is selected. If the parent option is selected, this checkbox is enabled and cleared by default. |
| Budget resource assignments with no time-phase | Select this checkbox to check for resource assignments with budget at complete (BAC) records but without time-phased records. By default, this checkbox is selected. |
| Delete budget resource assignments with no time-phase | Select this checkbox to delete budget resource assignments without time-phased records.
This checkbox is enabled only if the Budget resource assignments with no time-phase checkbox is selected. If budget resource assignments without time-phased records are deleted, a warning message about the deleted budget resource assignments will be generated in the process log. |
| Time-phase data with no resource assignment | Select this checkbox to check for time-phased records with no resource assignment in the project. |
| Modify Data | Select this checkbox to perform additional action if there are time-phased data with no resource assignment in the project.
This checkbox is enabled only if the Time-phase data with no resource assignment checkbox is selected. Your options are:

| Resource assignments, time-phasing, and milestones with invalid Control Account/Work Package | Select this checkbox to check for resource assignments, time-phased records, and milestones with invalid control account and/or work package records. By default, this checkbox is selected. |
| Delete orphaned resource assignments, time-phasing, and milestones | Select this checkbox to delete resource assignments, time-phased records, and milestones with invalid control account and/or work package records.
This checkbox is enabled only if the Resource assignments, time-phasing, and milestones with invalid Control Account/Work Package checkbox is selected. If resource assignments, time-phased records, and milestones with invalid control account and/or work package records are deleted, a warning message about the deleted data will be generated in the process log. |
| Time-phase has invalid class | Select this checkbox to verify that the time-phased record is associated with a valid class.
If there is an invalid class, a warning message will be generated in the process log. |
